Applications

1. This machine group consists of a five (six) roll calender, a multi-roll unwinding device and a cooling auxiliary mechanism.

2. This machine group is suitable for producing rigid PVC sheets with a thickness of 0.06-1.20mm, with a thickness error ≤ 0.01mm. It

can also provide a special machine group for producing rigid PVC films with a thickness of only 0.02mm and a thickness error ≤ 0.003mm.

3. The calender rolls adopt mixed or independent drive, equipped with a special hard tooth surface reducer; and optional pre-load, anti-bending

device and hydraulic shaft crossing device.

4. Each drive motor of the calendering unit can be adjusted independently, or it can be used for tracking and linked speed adjustment.
